EPTA Annual Conference 2022
We attend the annual conference of EPTA network scientific advisory offices.

The meeting allowed us to exchange views on the activities and future development of the EPTA network.
The EPTA network connects the various European legislative scientific advisory offices with their counterparts. Each office faces common obstacles, although their strategies may vary. For the Spanish office to become a part of the global ecosystem, it is important to share experiences with this network of contacts.
The meeting allowed the integration of two new members to the Network: La Cellule Scientifique de la Chambre des Députés de Luxembourg, which was established in 2021, and La Oficina Cientfica de Asesoramiento Legislativo del Parlamento de Argentina, which was established in 2020.
A conference on technological disruption in societies was also held during these two days. Following the conference, the presidency of EPTA was handover to the Advisory Council of the Parliament of Catalonia on Science and Technology (CAPCIT) for 2023.
